Wedding Bells

Lakshmi  was the first house maid we had when we came to Bangalore.  Abhishek was very close to her. Later on she went back to college and finished PUC & Degree and is working for HOPE now. It was great to see her getting married to Suresh  on 16th Oct 2008.

Trip to Kattappana

It was great to go to Kattappana with Abhishek.  As he got his Dusserah holidays, he was desiring to be in Kattappana.  I also wanted to go there and plan a retreat.  This upcoming retreat in December is for our Church staff who are my colleagues and best friends (12 men). These are the brothers who helped me so much in my spiritual life. I had been requesting to visit our place for a long time and finally they agreed.  

We reached there on Friday afternoon.  Had lunch in Achachan's house and met Achachan, Chechy, Benjamin and Angela.  

Abhishek was excited to meet everyone there.  

Georachen &  Ennammachechy graciously allowed us to have the retreat in our old house.  Next day Achachan helped me to book a vehicle to bring our team from Dindigul.

Highlight of the trip was that Abhishek had his first Bus journey all alone in his life.  Georachen and Amminichechy left him in the Bus yesterday evening and he reached Bangalore today morning.  I was there at the bus stop to pick him up.

Trip to Kerala

Kids started their Dusserha Holidays. Abhishek wanted to be in Kattappana for few days. I wanted to organise a retreat for our colleagues - those who are working for Church, in Kattappana. So we are going to Kattappana on Thursday evening.

Mollychechy's Birthday is on 8th October. Chacha's (Beena's father) Birthday is also the same. Abhishek and Abigail are busy making cards for them.

New Baby

All of us are eagerly looking forward to see the new baby!
Beena is enjoying her pregnancy. She was having viral fever last week. Recovered without any medicines!!! That was a miracle!

Last Week

Last week we had been to Hyderabad to attend the wedding of our friends Philip & Pramila who are leading the Church in Bidar. We stayed in Beena's uncle George's house. We had a great time there and from there we went to visit the Church in Bidar. We were there for 3 days and returned on Thursday.

Beena is enjoying her pregnancy. She is suffering from terrible cold and throat infection. Please pray for her.

Irrespective of the ongoing persecution against Christians, we are safe so far. Case against us is adjourned to 12th March 2009.
